Treasury Operations Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the daily treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor company liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions and partners.
- Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments according to company policy.
- Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
- Experience working in Financial Institutions or Mutual Funds is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
