Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, including bank reconciliation, accounting entries, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Accounting Entries & Record Keeping: Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely posting of transactions in the accounting system.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, adhering to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Address any urgent financial or accounting queries as required and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial matters.
  • General Accounting & Support Functions: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Unit4, Zoho, or SAP).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of IFRS / Ind AS.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
