Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to manage the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and US regulations.
This role will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to company policies.
- Invoices are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, and discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Payments are managed and processed to vendors, ensuring they are done according to terms and schedules, and reconciling payments with vendor statements.
- A monthly reconciliation of accounts payable ledger to the general ledger is performed, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.
- Vendors are communicated with regularly to resolve payment inquiries, disputes, and other account-related issues.
- Expense reports are prepared and reviewed, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Tax records are maintained for sales tax and 1099 reporting, ensuring compliance with US tax laws.
