Job Summary:

A professional with expertise in GAAP and IFRS compliance is sought to provide guidance across multiple domains of accounting and financial operations on a part-time remote basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Provide process optimization guidance and implementation support for QuickBooks, SAP, and other ERP systems.
  • Manage payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations effectively.
  • Develop and review financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks for optimal performance.
  • Drive the adoption of Excel automation, AI, and RPA in accounting workflows for increased efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance within the organization.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting with hands-on experience is required.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as QuickBooks and SAP is necessary.
  • Advanced Excel and automation skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and RPA in accounting is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
