Strategic Business Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Program Manager to work closely with our senior leadership. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across business initiatives.

This is not a front-line sales role but a strategic business position designed for someone who has experience in B2B sales and can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

  • Structure and design executive-level presentations for customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Key Qualifications

  • MBA preferred (Engineering background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced projects.
