About Our Client: We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to drive the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping a people strategy aligned with organizational goals.

This role requires a strategic HR leader who can work closely with business leaders, serve as a trusted advisor on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy. Key responsibilities include driving initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning, as well as leading change management efforts and supporting transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards Responsibilities:

  • Design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies that meet business and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with consultants and stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders in high-growth environments.
  • Analytical mindset with data analysis skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
