We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our advertising efforts across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
About the Role:- Lead a team of paid media specialists, managing high-priority campaigns and owning our media buying strategy from start to finish.
- Oversight of full-funnel strategy and execution for Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage large budgets with focus on return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and scaling profitability
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of paid media professionals
- Oversee media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking
- 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, preferably with agency or multi-brand experience
- Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions
