Position Overview

The role entails driving success across UK & European product portfolios through data-driven PPC strategies and high-performing campaigns.

  • To accomplish this, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing Amazon PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces.
  • The professional will also conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimize campaigns.
  • A key responsibility is creating, managing, and analyzing ad campaigns for maximum return on investment.
  • The successful individual will deliver detailed performance reports for internal and client communications.
  • This role requires collaboration with the creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives.
  • The individual must stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts is required.
  • The candidate must have a proven track record of improving return on ad spend (ROAS)/cost per sales (ACoS), click-through rates (CTRs), and conversions.
  • A strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms is essential.
  • Experience working across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations is required.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights is crucial.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills are essential.
