Job Title: Digital Advertising Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
    • Performance Analysis: Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Regularly review bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI.
    • Analytics and Tracking: Use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance, user behavior, and event tracking. Set up tags, triggers, and variables to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
    • Remarketing and Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement remarketing strategies on Meta Ads and Google Ads to re-engage existing leads. Create segmented audience lists based on user behavior and funnel position.
    • Local SEO and Competitor Research: Enhance local visibility by optimizing Google My Business listings and tracking their performance. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends, keyword opportunities, and new campaign strategies.
    • Lead Quality and Funnel Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead quality to ensure alignment with business goals. Provide feedback to improve lead generation forms and landing pages.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and fostering collaboration for successful campaign execution.
