Director of Digital Advertising

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Digital Advertising to lead our advertising efforts across multiple platforms.

  • Owning the full-funnel strategy and execution for paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Managing high-budget campaigns with a focus on return on investment (ROI), customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and scaling profitably.
  • Building, mentoring, and leading a team of paid media specialists and analysts.
  • Overseeing media buying, audience strategy, creative testing, bidding models, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and funnel optimization.
  • Reporting results, insights, and forecasts to executive leadership regularly.
  • Staying ahead of platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitiveness and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, ideally with agency or multi-brand experience.
  • Proven success managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets across regions.
  • Data-driven approach with a strong grasp of attribution models, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Able to switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution when needed.
