Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

This pivotal role plays a crucial part in driving business growth, focusing on talent acquisition and retention strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess 8-13 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global company environment.

The key objectives are to develop and implement effective employer branding initiatives, attract top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

In addition, the HR leader will be responsible for supporting employee engagement, personal development, and organizational integration.

Key responsibilities include executing end-to-end recruitment, defining efficient selection processes, controlling recruiting metrics, and maintaining a strong employer brand.

The HR leader will also handle general onboarding, provide exceptional HR services, administer employee data, and implement local benefits.

The successful candidate should possess expertise in HR, knowledge of Indian employment laws, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

They must be able to work independently, deliver results within deadlines, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, diligence, and reliability.

Requirements:
