Job Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in driving brand visibility through impactful submissions and identifying strategic policies, schemes, and certifications.

This cross-functional position is ideal for someone with strong research, writing, and relationship-building skills who can leverage regulatory insights to unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and craft compelling entries backed by strong factual data to maximize winning potential.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure relevant sponsorship opportunities that align with our goals.
  • Develop persuasive sponsorship proposals and pitch decks for potential partners.
  • Negotiate and manage end-to-end sponsorship agreements while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with award committees, event organizers, and industry associations.
  • Track submission deadlines and deliverables for awards and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather case studies, metrics, and insights that support award nominations and pitches.

Policies & Schemes:

  • Research and track government policies, grants, certifications, and incentive schemes relevant to our sector.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration or support from government bodies and public institutions.
  • Draft and submit applications for government certifications, schemes, regulatory approvals, or policy-driven initiatives.
  • Liaise with regulatory and policy stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance with government requirements.
  • Prepare briefing notes, internal reports, and documentation to inform decision-makers and teams.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • A degree in Law, Communications, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong research, writing, and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to craft award entries, sponsorship pitches, or government grant applications
  • Understanding of legal, policy, or regulatory frameworks—especially relating to government programs, sponsorships, and compliance
  • A proactive, relationship-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-stakes deadlines with minimal oversight
  • A passion for building brand visibility and unlocking strategic growth opportunities
