Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles specifically for public sector requirements across India. The candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate closely with public sector clients to meet diverse hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles in public sector organizations Pan-India.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various tools and networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure recruitment compliance with public sector policies.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and government hiring guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience covering IT and Non-IT positions for public sector clients.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of public sector hiring practices across India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work from office in Somajiguda, Hyderabad (Full-time, 5 days a week).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple positions simultaneously.
