Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated GeM / Tender Manager to join our innovative IT solutions team. As a leading technology catalyst in India, we specialize in transforming businesses through data center solutions, cybersecurity, professional services, and digital workplace innovations.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage our GeM (Government e-Marketplace) operations and tender processes across government sectors. This role is critical in expanding our presence in public sector IT solutions and managing relationships with government clients.

  • Manage daily operations
  • Oversee multiple personnel
  • Help with onboarding and training
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and oversee GeM portal operations, including product catalog management, pricing updates, and order processing
  2. Lead end-to-end tender management for IT government contracts including preparation, submission, and follow-up
  3. Ensure compliance with government procurement policies, GeM guidelines, and tender specifications
  4. Coordinate between internal technical teams and public sector clients to deliver tailored IT solutions
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders and procurement officers
  6. Analyze market opportunities in government IT sector and prepare strategic proposals
  7. Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies in government tenders
  8. Manage documentation, contracts, and legal compliance for government projects
  9. Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
  • Strong leadership skills
