Data Governance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead governance frameworks, service management operations, and compliance initiatives in line with industry standards.

  • Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and operations aligned with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 standards.
  • Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversight of policy development, compliance tracking, and IT service management continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Crafting of IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure IT processes support organizational goals.
  • Maintenance and management of the IT governance calendar, including governance forums, meetings, and action tracking.
  • Providing expert guidance on governance best practices, control mechanisms, and compliance frameworks.
  • Presentation of governance documentation, dashboards, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and audit boards.
