Job Overview

The Sector IT Project Manager is responsible for leading global and project management of sector or global Ariba projects. This role will interact with cross-functional teams at all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project outcomes, develop solutions, and drive results
  • Design project requirements and specifications in accordance with project scope
  • Manage Ariba configuration workbooks, create TS scripts, and perform UAT
  • Lead cutover activities, provide support during the cut over phase, and offer hyper care services
  • Ensure procurement activities align with corporate governance policies and compliance standards
  • Conduct training sessions and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for operations teams
  • Provide expertise and knowledge to customers, business partners, and IT partners globally

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement applications delivery and development
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with SAP MM, Ariba, MDG, and MW integration
  • Proven track record of delivering complex application implementations with a global user base
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
