Master Data Operations Manager Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading master data operations, ensuring adherence to data governance principles and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily master data operations including validation of data requests against business rules and procedures.
  • Oversight of data governance adherence ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with multi-functional teams including IT and business units to improve data workflows.
  • Implementation of continuous improvements in master data processes to enhance data accuracy quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support of data migration integration projects and system upgrades to ensure seamless data consistency across platforms.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators related to master data quality and operational success to drive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 6-8 years of experience in enterprise applications like SAP and Oracle with demonstrable experience in Master data management and data governance.
  • Industry experience preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chain.
  • Proficient in MS Office and utilization of visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate multi-functionally.
  • Experience in leading and managing successful teams.
