Master Data Product Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across systems.

The Master Data Product Manager combines strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and technical expertise to manage and optimize data governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation as Subject Matter Expert for data structure definitions, flows, and access rights models.
  • Manage business processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of SAP data structures.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and resolve complex data structure governance issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP ECC, master data management, data/process governance, and data operations in a biotech manufacturing context.
  • Expertise in Material Master, Production Master, and Plant domains.
  • Proven track record of leading data-centric projects across large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data accuracy and process optimization.
