Job Overview
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our security operations and technology governance efforts.
This includes managing external and internal interfaces in accordance with service operations and management processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee identity and access management services for customers within and outside global IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate teams for planning, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Support integrated management of global supporting components of the service.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and performance of the services.
- Assist with regional and global monitoring, reviewing, and reporting of performance against SLA/OLA services and portfolios.
- Conduct service reviews, qualifications, and self-assessments to ensure conformance with service-, quality-, audit, compliance, security, and SOX requirements and industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Maintain an excellent understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.
- Develop engineering (L3) and developer (coding) experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
- Onboard applications on OIM IAM tool and manage 24*7 engineering activities of OIM.
- Have knowledge of regulatory frameworks, such as SOX and Gx P.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, initiatives, and deliverables involving service providers.
This role requires:
- University working and thinking level degree in computer science or comparable education and experience with 10+ years of IT experience.
- Engineering (L3) and Developer (coding) experience with Saviynt, Active Directory, Azure MFA, or Cyberark.
