Senior Manager Security Automation Position

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Manager Security Automation to lead a high-performing team of security automation engineers, data engineers, and data scientists in implementing effective security operations.

  • The selected candidate will oversee the security automation service, prioritize tasks, and align with business and security goals.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards in deliverables by overseeing the adherence to SAFe/Agile methodologies.
  • Ensuring seamless operation, scalability, and efficiency of cloud-based security automation solutions.
  • Developing strategies for incident response, threat detection, and remediation using automation capabilities.
  • Integrating new and existing security tools, platforms, and workflows for a cohesive automation ecosystem.

Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST). Collaboration with colleagues to establish critical metrics related to SAFe implementation. Generating and maintaining security reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review. Staying up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies, providing recommendations for improving security operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree and 8-10 years of Scrum teams management experience or equivalent qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of integrating security tools and data platforms (SIEM, EDR, IAM, etc.).
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in risk management, incident response, and security governance.
  • Professional certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or TOGAF are highly desirable.
