Luxury Residential Security Lead

This role involves leading a team to oversee the security of high-profile residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential security protocols and emergency response procedures.
A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in security management, preferably in luxury residential or VIP environments is required.
- Responsibilities include supervising daily security operations, implementing and monitoring security strategies, and ensuring that all entrances, exits, and common areas are secure.
- Maintaining strict protocols for visitor management, deliveries, and parking access is also crucial.
- The Security Lead must enforce a professional code of conduct and appearance for all security staff.
