Job Description

Shape the Future of Data Governance

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive key initiatives across data privacy, whistleblowing, AI governance, training initiatives, and broader compliance topics.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As a Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of data protection policies and procedures.

  • Coordinate data privacy impact assessments for global projects
  • Maintain and update records of processing activities (RoPA) and ensure accurate data flow documentation
  • Support global and regional compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy frameworks
  • Assist in vendor and data transfer assessments, including DPAs, SCCs, and TIA documentation
  • Monitor whistleblowing systems in alignment with EU directives

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Drive compliance-driven projects and internal initiatives across regions
  2. Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and external vendors to implement tools and systems
  3. Prepare presentations, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business, IT, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience or strong interest in data privacy, compliance, and AI/technology regulation
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proactive mindset, eager to learn and navigate ambiguity
  • Familiarity with tools such as OneTrust, Microsoft Purview, Copilot, Mulesoft, and ChatGPT
