Data Governance Expert

As a Product Data Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and governing the lifecycle of finished goods product data in our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
- Act as an active data owner and manage the information lifecycle from conception to retirement.
- Implement and maintain data quality and consistency measures to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Familiarize yourself with GS1 Industry Standards and apply them to product data management.
- Liaise with internal teams and upstream data owners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data authoring.
Important: This role requires proactive data ownership and a hands-on approach to product data management. Team members are expected to identify opportunities for improvement and drive data quality initiatives forward.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in product data governance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GS1 Industry Standards and data quality principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
