Are you a strategic data governance professional seeking to drive positive change in an organization? Do you have experience designing and implementing sustainable onboarding and enablement frameworks, as well as communicating complex data concepts to various stakeholders?

This role is ideal for a skilled data governance specialist with expertise in leading efforts to create suitable content that fosters self-serving capabilities and supports the development of skills and understanding of data governance roles.

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive onboarding and enablement framework to support the upskilling and training of data management roles within the organization.
  • Communicate data governance concepts clearly to facilitate the onboarding process and ensure seamless integration of new employees into the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine training artifacts that cater to the diverse needs of data governance roles.
  • Contribute to the delivery of other data governance-related activities and projects, such as data maturity models, KPIs, and regular touchpoints with data domains.
  • Engage with stakeholders through digital forums and leverage collaboration channels to formalize decisions and plans on enablement and gain buy-in.
  • Develop a stronger operating model that brings data enablement closer to business areas and their employees by working closely with Digital Core business partners.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Management, preferably in large organizations, supporting enablement and training of data roles with complex data landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain data governance concepts effectively.
  • Specialist in designing and implementing data governance, with experience in Master and Reference Data Management, Data Quality Management, Metadata Management, Enterprise Data Architecture, and Data Security Practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills with ability to drive progress and find solutions to issues.
  • Experience implementing and using data management solutions such as Data Catalogs and Data Quality tools.
  • Proven track record of operating within large data governance programs with expert understanding of existing data management frameworks and best practices.
