Job Summary

  • This role oversees the governance, maintenance, and enhancement of the OASIS platform ensuring compliance with global governance standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the OASIS Master Data Governance platform for system stability, enhancements, and alignment with global master data policies.
  • Defining and maintaining governance workflows in OASIS for Customers, Vendors, and Materials in coordination with domain experts.
  • Ensuring seamless integration between OASIS workflows and SAP PCE workflows.

Key Deliverables:

  • Collaborate with Business Governance and IT Domain Experts to translate governance rules into OASIS technical processes.
  • Implementing governance controls in OASIS to enforce proper documentation uploads, Dow Jones screening triggers, validation rules, and escalation point for OASIS-related issues.
  • Driving system improvements, automation, and reporting for Master Data requests handled through OASIS.

About You

  • You will provide global training and user support for OASIS workflows and ensure traceability and compliance of Master Data requests.
