Job Title: Customer Relationship Champion

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of queries.

  3. Analyze potential risks and issues, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.
  4. Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, facilitating data-driven decision-making and adherence to established standards.
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with account managers, coordinating reconciliation and managing customer expectations for visits and handovers.

Foster smooth transitions for customers post-handover, maintaining regular communication regarding construction work and customization of flats. Additionally, handle customer escalations in a professional and timely manner.
