Job Opportunity: Customer Experience Champion

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive improvement action plans, enhance network uptime and architecture, and support critical management decisions with data-driven insights.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the NOC and Field teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer service.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a strong customer focus. They should be able to analyze customer complaints, make informed decisions, and manage CFTs for operational improvement project execution.

Preferred qualifications include a Technical Degree with relevant experience and strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
