Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum value.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
