Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Interaction Manager to join our team.
In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for new customer leads. You will be responsible for understanding each client's unique hair loss situation and guiding them toward the most suitable hair system solution. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of excellent communication, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer leads, conducting initial consultations to assess their hair loss concerns and needs.
- Provide expert guidance on our range of hair systems, explaining the benefits and features of each option.
- Conduct in-home visits as needed to showcase product samples and provide personalised consultations in a comfortable setting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring a positive and seamless customer journey.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively matching clients with the right products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the Reeora team to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Proven 2-3 yrs experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a beauty, hair, or wellness-related industry.
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
-Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
-Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
-Experience working in a salon or with hair care products is highly preferred.
-Ability to travel locally for in-home client visits.
-A compassionate and empathetic approach to helping clients with sensitive issues.
-Female Candidates preferred.
