Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer relationship management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM systems
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing campaigns and improve customer engagement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized customer experiences
  • Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, including repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CRM, ORM, or customer lifecycle roles
  • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) and ORM/review monitoring tools (e.g., Google Alerts, Brand24, Mention)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Prior experience working with HNI clientele
  • Creative thinker with an eye for luxury branding and personalized customer journeys
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with high-end retail clients
  • Knowledge of luxury branding principles and customer journey mapping
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
