We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of HR and Admin Assistant. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, recruitment, and administrative support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Provide executive assistance, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage email correspondence and prepare reports.
- Update and maintain social media handles.
- Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Female graduate with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with job portals preferred.
- Interest in social media and digital content.
- Resides in or near Faridabad.
