
Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
- Support the Human Resources team in maintaining and updating employee records, as well as managing HR databases.
- Organize and manage HR documents, contracts, reimbursements, and personnel files both physically and digitally.
- Prepare HR-related documents and assist with compliance and audit preparation activities.
- Maintain accurate HR trackers for leaves and attendance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Help maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate and support internal events and meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with HR software and database management.
