Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide administrative and organizational support to our founder.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer queries, maintaining our brand calendar, coordinating with freelancers, updating inventory, and sharing weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion. Experience in operations or EA roles is a plus.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founder and gain exposure across all aspects of running a business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer queries within 24 hours
  • Maintain brand calendar for sales, launches, and shoots
  • Coordinate with freelancers (editors, photographers, UGC creators)
  • Keep inventory updated, assist with website uploads
  • Manage influencer/brand collaborations and follow-ups
  • Share weekly reports on customers, stock, and key updates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in operations or EA roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to take ownership and drive tasks to completion
  • Experience in operations or EA roles is a plus
