We're seeking an exceptional Product Owner to bridge the gap between teams, ensure seamless communication, and prioritize user stories for successful feature delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the Product Group and facilitate collaboration between Product and other business units.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, QA, and Operations Teams to deliver new platform features that meet customer needs.
  • Partner with Engineering Scrum Teams to develop a shared understanding of the future state of the platform.
  • Capture, manage, and communicate dependencies from application teams.
  • Create and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria for successful feature delivery from Engineering.
  • Help shape the platform roadmap, decide on platform features, and determine priority between new features and architectural improvements.
  • Enable Sales, Support, and Professional Service field teams on new features as they are released.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3-4+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within the Enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of working closely with multiple teams of engineers/developers.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development concepts and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in translating use cases into user stories and domain experience in Enterprise End User Computing.
  • Able to think creatively to solve problems through a customer-centric lens.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
