Job Responsibilities- Conduct research on compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure they are cost-effective and competitive.
- Evaluate existing compensation policies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administer the organization's benefits programs, including retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
- Handle individual queries related to salary structure and benefits.
- Assist with salary restructuring for employees.
- Manage the car lease and loan policies.
- Prepare analysis for compensation reviews and make recommendations based on data.
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
- Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team.
- Conduct annual compensation market surveys through external agencies and support data analysis.
- Review management reports and presentations, such as Attrition Analysis, Headcount, Wage Bill Report, etc.
- Manage transactional aspects of stock options policy, including issuance, documentation, and forfeiture.
- Ensure compliance with local and state laws.
