Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure they are cost-effective and competitive.
  • Evaluate existing compensation policies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer the organization's benefits programs, including retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies.
  • Handle individual queries related to salary structure and benefits.
  • Assist with salary restructuring for employees.
  • Manage the car lease and loan policies.
  • Prepare analysis for compensation reviews and make recommendations based on data.
  • Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  • Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team.
  • Conduct annual compensation market surveys through external agencies and support data analysis.
  • Review management reports and presentations, such as Attrition Analysis, Headcount, Wage Bill Report, etc.
  • Manage transactional aspects of stock options policy, including issuance, documentation, and forfeiture.
  • Ensure compliance with local and state laws.
