Client Relations Manager Role

Job Summary:

The Client Relations Manager role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address their concerns. This involves liaising between clients and the company, understanding client needs, and ensuring that services or products meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by serving as the primary point of contact for key clients and addressing client concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels by resolving client complaints and escalating issues when necessary, and gathering client feedback to improve services/products.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients by collaborating with the sales team to enhance client retention, assisting in negotiating contracts and agreements, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maintain client records and document interactions, prepare reports on client satisfaction, issues, and opportunities, and track key performance metrics related to client retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, customer service orientation, negotiation and persuasion skills, time management and organizational skills, and ability to analyze client needs and suggest solutions.
