Requirements

- 8-15 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in the banking or financial services industry.
- Thorough understanding of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and showcase a track record of successful relationship management.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and market opportunities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
