Customer Technology Advisor - Security

Join our client as a Customer Technology Advisor - Security and help shape the future of resilient, cloud-powered solutions for leading organizations. As a key member of our Go-To-Market team, you'll be the technical face of our solutions, partnering with our client's Consult and Customer Partners to drive transformation through innovation.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, engaging with clients to understand their unique challenges and craft tailored, value-driven technology solutions. From compelling demos and prototypes to executive-level discussions, your deep technical knowledge and strong business acumen will position our client as a preferred strategic partner.

In this role, you'll support sales, pre-sales, and delivery engagements, bringing together cross-practice capabilities to co-create solutions. You'll lead pre-sales efforts, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver winning proposals. Your work will extend to building relationships with alliance partners and developing joint go-to-market solutions.

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of IT sales experience, with at least 8 years in Resiliency solutions (Disaster Recovery, Backup, Cyber Recovery, BCP)
  • Proven success selling to C-level clients (CIO, CISO) , with an existing senior network
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, transformational engagements
  • 2–3 years of experience in selling public cloud resiliency solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex tech into business outcomes
  • Adept at remote sales and collaboration tools (Teams, WebEx)
  • Experience collaborating with OEMs like Veritas, Veeam, HPE, IBM, etc.
