Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Revenue Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital advertising revenue and be proficient in ad servers, supply-side platforms, and header bidding technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising revenue streams through data-driven analysis and strategic planning.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform revenue optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement revenue growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers and demand partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and optimization efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising/web analytics, with a focus on yield management, campaign management, or ad operations.
  • Proficiency in ad servers (e.g., DFP), supply-side platforms (e.g., Index, OpenX, AppNexus), and header bidding technology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
