Role Overview

As the
Digital Marketing Specialist
at Lyxaa, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital platforms to grow Lyxaa's brand awareness, community, and revenue. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution. You will work closely with the founder, creative team, and healthcare professionals to translate Lyxaa's mission into high-impact campaigns that engage audiences and convert them into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Use audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to improve ROI.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and make data-driven adjustments.

SEO & Content Marketing:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings for
• Conduct keyword research and optimize web, blog, and YouTube content.
• Collaborate with content creators to align posts with marketing goals.

Social Media Growth:

• Manage platform growth strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop performance-driven content calendars in collaboration with the creative team.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics to refine strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Set up and maintain tracking systems (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM).
• Provide monthly reports on traffic, conversions, and ad performance.
• Recommend strategies based on campaign insights and trends.

Email & CRM Marketing:

• Plan and execute targeted email campaigns for engagement, retention, and upselling.
• Manage automation workflows in CRM tools for lead nurturing.

Brand Consistency & Collaboration:

• Ensure all campaigns reflect Lyxaa's premium, science-backed brand identity.
• Work with automation engineers to integrate AI-driven marketing tools.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), and Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience in campaign budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
• Understanding of healthcare, wellness, or tech marketing trends is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Portfolio or case studies of previous campaigns is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing health-tech, wellness, or medical brands.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation workflows.
• Knowledge of video marketing and YouTube growth strategies.
