*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to lead both classroom and online training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong practical experience in WordPress development, SEO implementation using WordPress and HTML, Google Ads, and Google My Business (GMB). This role requires a dynamic individual with a flair for teaching and the ability to effectively mentor students as well as internal team members across varying levels of expertise.
*Key Responsibilities:*
● Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions as per the course schedule.
● Explain digital marketing concepts using real-time case studies and campaign examples.
● Train on core modules, including:
➢ WordPress web development
➢ SEO implementation in WordPress and HTML
➢ On-page & Off-page SEO strategies
➢ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)
➢ Google My Business (GMB) setup and local SEO
● Prepare and update training materials, PPTs, assignments, and assessments.
● Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and guidance.
● Mentor students on live project execution, certification preparation, and job readiness.
● Conduct internal employee training to enhance digital marketing skills.
● Coordinate with academic and admin teams for scheduling and student interactions.
● Keep course content updated with current digital marketing tools and trends.
● Support the placement team by assessing student skills and assisting with technical evaluations.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
● Hands-on experience in:
➢ WordPress website creation and customization
➢ SEO using WordPress plugins and manual HTML optimization
➢ Technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
➢ Google Ads campaign setup and performance tracking
➢ GMB profile management and optimization
● Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
● Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners at all levels.
● Prior teaching/training experience is a plus.
