Digital Marketing Specialist Job

About the Role

At our agency, we're looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketer to join our team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate self-starter with foundational experience to grow their skills and career.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and launching paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR) and support the creation of client reports.
  • Learn to conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Work with our creative and content teams to ensure all ad assets and messaging are effective and on-brand.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in a performance marketing or similar role. You should have foundational knowledge of paid advertising platforms, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
