Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager/Operation Head to oversee the operations of our flagship branch.

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the branch, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Review and analyze branch performance reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with operating agencies and branches to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee the quality control process for financial and non-financial instructions to ensure timely processing at the back-end.
  • Track and manage branch leads, allocation, and closure to contribute to branch book improvement and profitability.
  • Ensure efficient management of the teller counter for cash and non-cash transactions, as well as lobby management for service-related requirements of branch customers.
  • Submit timely cash and non-cash reporting for the branch and monitor over-aged cases (deferrals, TODs etc.) frequently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
