Branch Operations Manager Position

Job Overview

We seek an experienced Operations Management Professional to lead our team and drive efficiency in our branches. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, with experience in leading teams and implementing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through quality service maintenance.
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services at the location.
  • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency of the branch.
  • Handle crisis situations effectively.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, suppliers, associates, government bodies, and relevant authorities.
Fleet Administration
  • Manage fleet administration according to company standards and policies.
  • Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients based on their requirements.
  • Ensure fleet vehicles are equipped with necessary accessories as per company guidelines.
  • Maintain an optimal ratio of chauffeurs to fleet.
Sales & Servicing
  • Develop new client relationships and increase business from existing clients.
  • Analyze market and performance information (MIS) in a prescribed format.
  • Achieve set targets by meeting budgeted figures.
  • Effectively handle major complaints.
Financial Management
  • Prepare annual budgets for the branch.
  • Monitor fund flow and practice expense control as per established norms.
  • Manage receivables as per standard procedures.
  • Ensure statutory compliance is maintained.
  • Submit regular reports with analysis to the Corporate office.
Human Resources & Administration
  • Oversee overall branch administration for enhanced efficiency.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and training of Customer Service and Drivers teams.
  • Appraise team members to assess their performance.
  • Implement and maintain statutory compliance.
  • Adhere to ISO standards for quality assurance.
  • Manage contractual employees efficiently.
Essential Competencies

Educational Qualification: Graduate/Hotel Management or MBA in Marketing or Finance. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable organization.
