Branch Operations Executive

The primary objective of a Branch Manager is to oversee and direct all aspects of branch operations. This includes ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively managing staff resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and excellent communication skills.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement branch policies and procedures.
Requirements:
