Job Overview:

This is a top leadership role that provides an excellent opportunity to lead a team in the Car Rental and Hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maintenance of quality of service, customer satisfaction, and effective service recovery
  • Coordinate and integrate all functions and services in the location
  • Implement systems for smooth operation and monitor operational efficiency of the branch
  • Handle crisis situations
  • Liaison with clients, suppliers, associates, government bodies, and other authorities

Fleet Management Strategies:

  • Administer fleet operations according to company standards and policies
  • Monitor proper fleet allocation to clients
  • Maintain a proper ratio of chauffeurs to fleet

Sales & Servicing Initiatives:

  • Develop new clients and increase business from existing clients
  • Analyze market and performance information
  • Achieve set targets and handle major complaints

Financial Planning & Reporting:

  • Prepare annual budget for the branch
  • Monitor fund flow management and practice expense control
  • Ensure statutory compliance
  • Report back to Corporate office with analysis

HR Administration & Compliance:

  • Monitor overall branch administration
  • Ensure adequate staffing and training of Customer Service and Drivers teams
  • Appraise team performance and implement statutory compliance
  • Maintain ISO standards
  • Manage contractual employees

Competency Requirements:

  • System and quality orientation
  • Market, industry, and trade knowledge
  • Commercial acumen
  • Leadership and people management
  • Resource control and administration

Qualification Criteria:

  • Graduate or Hotel Management
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance

Experience Needed:

Minimum 10-15 years in the trade, with 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company.
