Branch Manager Position Overview

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.

This includes reporting financial and operations information to management, hiring, training, and dismissing employees at the branch.

  • Maintain accountability for all expenses, wages, and asset management.
  • IDentify operational inefficiencies and implement plans for improvement.
  • Create and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the branch.
  • Lead the hiring and training process for all employees of the branch.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration.
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in hiring and training individuals is highly valued.
