Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the enhancement and support of Workday modules covering HR Core, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation and Custom Reports
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations/solutions.
- Design and configure Workday business processes, security, and reporting to meet the business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Workday with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify areas where Workday can be customized to meet client-specific requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Workday configurations.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday features.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

What We're Looking For:

You should have 6+ years of experience as a Workday Sr Functional Consultant, a strong understanding of multiple Workday modules, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources, or a related field, Workday Pro Certifications, experience with Workday integrations and reporting, knowledge of industry best practices for Workday implementations, and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
