ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership: Lead and scale a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Revenue Growth: Build and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and maximise revenue from existing and new clients.
Sales Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions, skill-building programs and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
Process Creation: Design and implement robust sales processes, reporting frameworks and SOPs for tracking, forecasting and performance measurement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Customer Support to create a seamless customer experience.
Strategic Planning: Analyse market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and plan long-term revenue growth.
QualificationsExperience: 8–12 years of proven B2B SaaS/Tech sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/people management role.
Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, B2B customer buying behavior, and WhatsApp/Conversational Commerce space (preferred).
Team Leadership: Proven ability to hire, inspire and scale a high-performance sales team.
Process & Analytics Skills: Strong background in sales forecasting, creating SOPs and using data-driven insights to improve conversion and retention.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms is a must.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, presentation and deal-closing skills.
