
Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as a Revenue Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of franchise partners to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to optimize existing franchisee performance and identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate franchise agreements with prospective partners and provide ongoing support to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze market trends and implement corrective action plans as needed to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute business development initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the regional sales head to gather competitor data and track market developments.
- Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
